We don't have any exclusive suites, but we do have nine cosy and lovingly furnished single and double rooms as well as a holiday flat for an ideal active holiday in the Sauerland. For families and small groups, our triple room is also available. Whether you are going on a hiking trip, travelling by motorbike or bicycle, or want to explore the cultural sights of the region: With us you will feel almost at home.

The Sauerland Card is charged at 2.50 euros per person per day on all prices. Business travelers pay 1.25 euros.
Availability and prices for single rooms, mostly double rooms for single occupancy on weekends and public holiday weekends only on request.
Minimum stay on public holiday weekends 2 nights.
Arrival and departure
The rooms are ready for occupancy from 4 pm on the day of arrival (earlier by arrangement).
We are closed on Wednesdays, so arrival on this day is only possible by prior arrangement.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:30 am. You can pay the bill by EC card or in cash.

For your stay, you will receive the Schmallenberger Sauerland Card from us, which will noticeably relieve your vacation budget. For example, you can use the hiking bus and all regional public transport buses free of charge and enjoy free or reduced admission to numerous museums or leisure activities. Find out more here.
Children up to 4 years in parents' bed free. Extra bed for children from 5 to 8 years 17,00 € and teenagers from 9 to 16 years 25,00 € day/person with breakfast.
We have the seal of approval for this service - from the European Centre for Allergy Research Foundation (ECARF). Our guests can rely on excellent vacation conditions, as numerous on-site measures lead to significantly reduced contact with the most common allergens. These measures include, for example, smooth floors, encasings, smoke- and pet-free rooms and a cuisine adapted to food intolerances.
We are happy to prepare a tasty and hearty breakfast for you every morning from 8.15 am. An earlier breakfast is also possible on request, just let us know!
- For a delicious 3-course menu with choice of main course we charge €27.50/person and day.
- A barbecue in the beer garden for 12 or more people is possible on advance booking.
- We are also happy to offer you vegetarian and vegan dishes as part of your half board.
If you have a food allergy, we will be happy to cater to your needs. Please inform us in good time.
You will find free parking directly at the house. Covered parking spaces are available for your motorcycles and a secure bicycle garage for your bicycles.
All rooms are pet-free.
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. We ask all guests to respect this. Thank you for your understanding!
We have a drying room and a shoe/boot dryer for rain-soaked clothing. We are happy to help you plan your tours and provide you with maps. Covered parking spaces are available for your motorcycles and a secure bicycle garage for bicycles. A small workshop is available for minor repairs. Breakdown recovery service for two-wheelers and a shuttle for hikers is available.
Breakfast & half board
Start the day with a rich and balanced breakfast! Whether you are spending a few relaxing days with us in the Sauerland or traveling for business reasons - our delicious breakfast buffet will sweeten your morning from 8:15 to 10 am. If you would like to have breakfast later, please let us know.
If you would also like to enjoy the specialties of our cuisine in the evening, our gourmet half-board can be booked for stays of 2 nights or more. The price is € 27.50 per person and day for the 3-course menu. With half-board you can choose the main course yourself.
We are also happy to offer you vegetarian and vegan dishes as part of your half board. If you have a food allergy, we will be happy to cater to your needs - please let us know in good time.
