Arrival: from 17:00 to 19:00 (or earlier by arrangement) Departure: by 10:30.

BILLING

We ask you to settle the hotel bill one day before departure. We accept cash payment (up to a maximum of 100,00 € notes), EC card from 10,00 € turnover or credit card from 50,00 € turnover (Visa or Master Card).

BREAKFAST

Breakfast hours are from Monday to Sunday from 8:15 am to 10:00 am. Individual times are possible by prior arrangement.

PAYMENT

The hotel is entitled to make the binding reservation of the room dependent on the payment of a deposit.

GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• in the travel period from Sunday to Thursday: Up to 14 days before arrival there are no cancellation fees. From 13 to 7 days before arrival 90 % cancellation fee of the total invoice amount. From 6 days or in case of no-show or early departure 100 % cancellation fee of the total invoice amount. Please note:up to 7 days before arrival 0 % cancellation fee if a replacement booking is made.
• from Friday to Sunday and over the public holidays in NRW: Up to 21 days before arrival no cancellation fees. From 20 to 14 days before arrival 50 % of the total invoice amount. 13 to 7 days before arrival 90 % cancellation fee of the total invoice amount. From 6 days or in case of no-show or early departure 100 % cancellation fee of the total invoice amount. Please note:up to 14 days before arrival 0 % cancellation fee if a replacement booking is made.

CANCELLATIONS in Corona travel periods from November 2021 onwards.

For bookings arriving on or after 20 May 2021, we guarantee you the security of cancelling free of charge up to 24 h before arrival if one of these reasons applies:

• If you fall ill with COVID-19. (Presentation of a POSITIVE TESTIMONIAL required. This must be confirmed by medical / official letter).
• There is a travel warning for the state of NRW/Hochsauerlandkreis.
• State QUARANTINE ORDER for return travelers from the state NRW/Hochsauerlandkreis exists.

Should one of these cases occur, we will cancel your booking free of charge. We will convert the deposit you have already made into a value voucher, which does not expire and can be redeemed at any time on your desired date. We will gladly refund your deposit upon request.

VALUABLES & ROOMS

For valuables, the hotel safe is available by arrangement. The rooms do not have their own lockers: all rooms are non-smoking. Fire regulations prohibit smoking in the room. In case of violation we charge an additional fee of 250,00 €.

Measures for your protection

The 2G-regulation is valid in the hotel & restaurant.
